If anyone has the recipe for the Raspberry, pretzel, whip cream dish can you please post it for me? I want to make it this weekend but I can't find my recipes anywhere..
Raspberry Crunch 2c. crushed pretzels 3 T. sugar 1/2 c butter Crush pretzels with rolling pin then mix with butter and sugar and spread in 9x13 and bake at 400 for 5 min. then cool.
Then beat 1 8oz package of cream cheese with mixer along with 1 c. sugar til fluffy. Mix in 12 oz of Cool Whip and then fold in a 16 oz can of crushed, drained pineapple. Spread mixture into cooled crust.
Dissolve 1 6oz package of Raspberry jello in 3 c. of boiling water. Mix in 10 oz package of frozen raspberries . Place gelatin in fridge until syrupy. Pour over cream cheese layer . Refridgerate until set. Garnish with whipped cream.
